1/2 yellow diced onion
1 canned tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 cup water
1 pound ground meat balls
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
Olive oil spray optional
Add meatball and cut ham (optional) in the pan cook till brown stirring often.
Add the onion and stir for 30 seconds until you can smell it.
Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well and simmer, covered on low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve the meatballs with the sauce in your desired recipes.
